Terms and Conditions
What these terms cover
These terms apply to anyone who reads or uses the Water Filtration Garland website. We are a water filtration company working in Garland, TX and the surrounding area. By using the site, you agree to the terms on this page. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
The site is for general information
Our pages describe services such as water testing, whole-house carbon filtration and under-sink reverse osmosis in general terms. Every house is different, and older homes in particular can hide past repairs or outdated plumbing that change what makes sense. Nothing here is a recommendation for your specific home until we have looked at it and, where it matters, tested your water.
We try to keep the content accurate and current. Even so, details can change, and we cannot promise that every page is complete or free of errors at all times.
Quotes and service are arranged by phone
The website does not take orders, bookings or payments. Conversations about your water, and any quote, happen by phone at (972) 646-8233. Any price, scope or schedule is agreed directly between you and us, after we understand the job. Reading a page on this site does not create a service agreement.
Water quality information
Where we mention drinking water standards, hardness, iron or other conditions, we are describing what is common, not what is in your tap. Your utility publishes its own water quality report, and a test of your home's water is the reliable way to know what you have. Please do not treat our general notes as medical, legal or engineering advice.
Our content belongs to us
The text, layout and images on this site belong to Water Filtration Garland or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, print or share a page for personal use. Copying the content for commercial use, or presenting it as your own, is not allowed without our permission.
Limits of our responsibility
The site is provided as it is. To the extent Texas law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on general website content, from the site being unavailable, or from problems with your device or internet connection. This does not limit any responsibility we carry for work we actually perform in your home.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version shown here is the one in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If something on this page is unclear, a short conversation at (972) 646-8233 is the easiest way to sort it out, and we will walk you through it.
