A Careful Water Filtration Company in Garland
We install and service water filtration in your home, and every job starts with testing the water and looking at the plumbing it runs through. Older houses carry past repairs and aging parts, so we plan around what is actually there, not a catalog page.
How we approach a job
Many of the problems we're asked about trace back to the house as much as the water. A rusty tint at one faucet, an odd smell from the water heater, a pressure drop after someone added a filter years ago. In an older home the cause can be a run of galvanized pipe, a mix of copper and plastic from repairs done decades apart, or a shutoff valve that hasn't turned in a long time.
So we test before we recommend anything. A water test shows hardness, iron, chlorine and other readings at your tap. A walk-through shows where equipment can sit, how the main line enters and whether the valves and fittings will hold up when we cut in. If your hardness numbers don't support a softener, we tell you that plainly.
The installation gets the same attention. We protect floors and the area around the work, use fittings matched to the pipe we're joining and label the bypass valves so you know how to use them. Before we leave, we clean up, show you how to change a cartridge and note when the next one is due.
What you can expect from us
Testing comes first
Every recommendation starts with numbers from your own tap. That is how we choose between whole-house carbon filtration, iron and sediment filtration, an under-sink reverse osmosis unit or no equipment at all.
Written estimates, line by line
You see equipment, fittings and labor listed separately. If the walk-through turns up something, such as a valve that won't close fully, we photograph it and explain your options before any work begins.
Respect for old plumbing
We don't force a corroded valve or overtighten onto brittle pipe. Where a joint looks risky, we say so, and we place the cut-in point on the soundest section of line.
Systems you can keep up with
We favor housings and cartridges that are easy to find and simple to change. If you'd rather hand that off, our filter replacement and maintenance visits keep everything on schedule.
Our service area
Our base is Garland, TX, and we go into homes throughout the nearby towns, among them Rowlett, Sachse, Richardson, Murphy, Sunnyvale, Plano, Mesquite, Wylie, Rockwall and Balch Springs. Many local houses have had a string of owners and more than one round of plumbing changes, and that history is what we pay attention to on our first visit. Not sure we cover your street? Ask us when you call.

Tell us what you're noticing, from an off taste to staining or a filter that never seems to help. We'll set up a water test and a walk-through, then explain what we found in plain terms.
