Water Filtration in Garland and the Towns Around It
We test your water, look closely at the pipes and fittings it travels through, and recommend only the equipment your home needs. Our work covers Garland and the neighboring towns east and north of Dallas, with the same careful installs and clean finish at every address.
The Towns We Serve
Most of our appointments are in Garland, and we regularly travel to Rowlett, Sachse, Murphy and Wylie to the north and east. Richardson and Plano sit close enough that a visit there runs on the same schedule as one across town. Every job starts the same way: a water test and a look at the supply line, the shutoff and the space where equipment would go.
To the south and east we work in Mesquite, Sunnyvale, Balch Springs and Rockwall. If your home is near one of these towns but you are not sure it falls inside our area, ask when you phone. We would rather tell you plainly than book a visit we cannot keep well.

What We Plan Around Across the Area
Housing age and past repairs
A lot of houses across the area are several decades old, and many have been re-plumbed in pieces. We often find galvanized sections joined to copper or PEX, older brass valves and shutoffs that no longer close fully. Before we fit a whole-house filter or a softener, we check what the water already passes through, so new equipment is not bolted onto a fitting that is ready to fail. You get a written note of anything we see, with photos if it helps.
Heat, freezes and where equipment sits
Long, hot summers and the occasional hard freeze shape where we place things. Garage and exterior installs get attention to insulation and drain routing, and we leave enough room around housings that cartridge changes stay easy for years.
Water that changes on the way to the tap
City water arrives treated, and most homes have no trouble with safety. The common complaints are disinfectant taste, sediment from aging pipes and spotting on fixtures. That is why we test first. Sometimes the answer is under-sink reverse osmosis for drinking water, sometimes whole-house carbon filtration, and sometimes a simple sediment stage is enough.
Permits and plumbing changes
Swapping cartridges or adding an under-sink unit rarely involves the city. Larger changes to a main supply line can, and rules differ from one city to the next. When a permit applies to your job, we tell you up front and take care of it as part of the work.
Start With a Test of Your Own Water
We will come out, test your water and look over the plumbing it runs through. You get a clear recommendation, a line-item estimate and no pressure to buy more than your home needs.
