Call Us About the Water in Your Garland Home

Calling is the easiest way to get in touch. Describe what you're seeing or tasting at the tap, and we'll go over what could be causing it and whether a water test or a home visit is worth it.

What Happens When You Call

We start with questions, not suggestions. How does the water taste or smell, where do you see spots or staining, and how old is the plumbing? In older houses, an earlier repair or a forgotten filter housing can explain more than the water supply itself, so we listen for those details.

If a closer look is worthwhile, we set a time to visit your home. We check the main line, any existing equipment and the space where new filtration would sit, then explain what we found in plain terms. Often the right first step is water testing rather than new equipment, and we will tell you so. Any estimate comes in writing, line by line, before work begins.

Good to Have Ready Before You Call

  1. A rough idea of when your home was built and any plumbing work done since.
  2. A short note on what bothers you, such as taste, odor, staining or scale on fixtures.
  3. Details of any filter, softener or under-sink system already installed, even one that no longer runs.
  4. A recent water bill or utility water report if it is handy, though you do not need one.

Start With a Conversation

We work across Garland and nearby towns including Rowlett, Sachse and Richardson. A single call is usually enough to tell whether your water needs attention or simply a better filter schedule.
